Hydraulic Specialist

This individual needs to understand the workings of hydraulic systems, air systems and generators so the following tasks can be completed:

• Know what valves to use.
• Know the size of the motor, tank, and manifold that is required.
• Know the kind of cylinders needed.
• Know how to layout components on a hydraulic, air and generator. 

This specialist would need to:

• Wire in relays, diodes, and modules for directional control of hydraulics.
• Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays and circuit-breaker panels.
• Pull wiring through conduit.
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit.
• Maintain records of repairs.
• Test and trouble shoot problems on air, generator, and hydraulic systems to analyze operation.
• Wire a generator (AC & DC).

Some travel may be required and the individual will need a master set of tools.  Knowledge of IQAN Electronic System Software is a plus.
